Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sture Bagge started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in barca01's zone, Jörgen Svensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Malte Lund came out of the goal and Jörgen Svensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th match minute, barca01 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthias Isaksson to maneuver through the defense. Felix Aspengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Wallgren in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Royal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Wallgren came free, but Felix Aspengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Holmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Malte Lund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jörgen Svensson struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Malte Lund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Royal FC. The audience was convinced that Marcus Holmberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Malte Lund was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sture Bagge in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Aspengren saved Royal FC from getting behind. In the 26th minute, Jörgen Svensson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Malte Lund. The goal made the score 1-0. Marcus Holmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Lund having to interfere. Jörgen Svensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Marcus Holmberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Royal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus Holmberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Malte Lund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute, Jörgen Svensson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jörgen Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Malte Lund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malte Lund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Holmberg in the 37th minute. The supporters of Royal FC booed when barca01 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Wallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olof Vallander kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 47thth minute of the game Sture Bagge who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Royal FC's Felix Aspengren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcus Holmberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Royal FC's Felix Aspengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sture Bagge in the 54th minute of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Marcus Holmberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Royal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcus Holmberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jörgen Svensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Lund having to interfere. If Jörgen Svensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Holmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Lund having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Holmberg in the 96th minute of play forced barca01's goalkeeper Malte Lund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Royal FC had played much better football throughout.
