Ralf Hellkvist made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Tage Holmberg sent off a good shot on target. Counter Manager's Ralf Hellkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Counter Manager from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Oskar Sandberg in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agne Lind prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Counter Manager getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Stefan Konieczny hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Karl-Oskar Sandberg notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lotorp IFK's Agne Lind. Agne Lind was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Evert Granberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl-Oskar Sandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Agne Lind tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Lotorp IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Oskar Sandberg came free, but Agne Lind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tage Holmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Agne Lind didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Oskar Sandberg went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Tage Holmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ralf Hellkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Erik Bergqvist in the 37th minute of play forced Counter Manager's goalkeeper Ralf Hellkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ralf Hellkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Erik Bergqvist in the 40th minute of play. Mathias Alström's late challenge caught a Counter Manager's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mathias Alström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th minute, Mathias Alström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven-Erik Bergqvist was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th match minute, Lotorp IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Åke Granström to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Counter Manager's Hubert Bengtsson got a free kick in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tage Holmberg in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ralf Hellkvist saved Counter Manager from getting behind. Karl-Oskar Sandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Agne Lind tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otto Brander's late challenge caught a Lotorp IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Otto Brander helped the player get up and apologised. Otto Brander hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Counter Manager's Evert Granberg got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tage Holmberg in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ralf Hellkvist saved Counter Manager from getting behind. Counter Manager's Ralf Hellkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tage Holmberg in the 79th minute of play. Ralf Hellkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Holmberg in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Lotorp IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Oskar Sandberg came free, but Agne Lind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lotorp IFK's Agne Lind proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Lotorp IFK from getting a goal against them. Karl-Oskar Sandberg took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agne Lind. Agne Lind dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Counter Manager played a much better game than Lotorp IFK and deserved their victory. The Lotorp IFK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
