Roland Gudmundsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Backman having to interfere. Roland Gudmundsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thomas Backman having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Mattias Hedman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holsljunga BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Mattias Hedman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 40th minute of the match Holsljunga BF got a corner. White Saints's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Johnny Örtendal ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Holsljunga BF's corner Johnny Örtendal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thomas Backman quite easily take care of the ball. Holsljunga BF's Tomas Brogren got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Tomas Brogren off the ground. Tomas Brogren hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Stig Jonasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Lindqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maximilian Sävström came out of the goal and Stig Jonasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcus Lindqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Backman made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Mattias Hedman sent off a good shot on target.
