Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Grimslöv's Torbjörn Lingren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Einar Salkvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tim Axelsson. Einar Salkvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Brukers United's goal looked a bit too open when Arvin Josefsson came free, but Allan Melin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Allan Melin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Forsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Allan Melin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Lingren, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Allan Melin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvin Josefsson in the 15th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Lingren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Allan Melin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute Segundo Salbatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Axelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Brukers United's Magne Apelqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tim Axelsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Magne Apelqvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tim Axelsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Allan Melin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjörn Lingren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Lingren in the 42nd minute of play forced Brukers United's goalkeeper Allan Melin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Magne Apelqvist was the one to do the kick off. If Magne Apelqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Brukers United's Segundo Salbatore got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Torbjörn Lingren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Allan Melin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvin Josefsson in the 59th minute of the match. Brukers United's Allan Melin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Brukers United from getting a goal against them. Roger Bergsten kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Bo Thorsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grimslöv's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo Thorsberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Allan Melin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brukers United were furious when Henry Glad was red carded, 68 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Brukers United! Allan Melin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Lingren, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Ingvar Rydberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Allan Melin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Lingren in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Grimslöv's Joakim Forsberg got a free kick in the 95th minute. Einar Salkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
