Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Aneby IFK's Eric Hägglund started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Jimmie Asserlind got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute Eric Hägglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Tham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Höijer hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Kristoffer Tham was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eric Hägglund showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. Suryoye FC's Kristoffer Tham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Hägglund in the 24th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimmie Asserlind got free with Kristoffer Tham in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eric Hägglund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristoffer Tham having to make a save. With a little luck, Suryoye FC's Kristoffer Tham got control of the ball when Eric Hägglund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jimmie Asserlind fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristoffer Tham having to interfere. Jimmie Asserlind could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Kristoffer Tham made a huge save. Eric Hägglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimmie Asserlinds short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Kristoffer Tham to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kristoffer Tham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emil Gustavsson in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Suryoye FC's goalkeeper Kristoffer Tham had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmie Asserlind. Eric Hägglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Börge Gustavsson made a kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Suryoye FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Aneby IFK:s goal. Stefan Asmundsson walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 56 minutes, Jimmie Asserlind mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aneby IFK and the Suryoye FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th match minute, Aneby IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmie Asserlind to maneuver through the defense. Aneby IFK's Jimmie Asserlind got his second yellow card of the match in the 58th minute. The referee ordered Jimmie Asserlind off the ground. After 58 played minutes Aneby IFK got a freekick which was hit by Jimmie Asserlind. Kristoffer Tham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Hägglund in the 61st minute of the match. The supporters of Aneby IFK booed when Suryoye FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Blom didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Eric Hägglund notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Suryoye FC's Kristoffer Tham. Kristoffer Tham was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eric Hägglund spun around in front of the goal 76 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Suryoye FC's goal. Johan Blom hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Suryoye FC's zone, Eric Hägglund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristoffer Tham came out of the goal and Eric Hägglund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Aneby IFK getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Axel Nordström hit a great ball. Suryoye FC's Isac Lind couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Aneby IFK. In the 87th minute Eric Hägglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Tham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Olle Bröms had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristoffer Tham. Suryoye FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olle Bröms was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Aneby IFK had played much better football throughout.
