Vincent Back fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Heggert having to interfere. Edwin Heggert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algot Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Algot Ivarsson in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwin Heggert saved Norsholm IK from getting behind. After 17 minutes of play, Jörn's Algot Ivarsson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edwin Heggert was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edwin Heggert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Back, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Melker Sandström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Andreasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute Vincent Back shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Heggert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erik Påk was the one to do the kick off. Rolf Almqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vincent Back got free with Edwin Heggert in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vincent Back received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Edwin Heggert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vincent Back had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Norsholm IK getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Edwin Andreasson hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes, Jörn's Benjamin Forsberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edwin Heggert came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jörn reached it. Algot Ivarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Heggert having to interfere. Edwin Heggert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vincent Back in the 70th minute. In the 76th minute Algot Ivarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Heggert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Norsholm IK's Edwin Heggert got control of the ball when Vincent Back tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Norsholm IK! Karl-Axel Bergqvist shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 84th match minute, Jörn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixten Pettersson to maneuver through the defense. Edwin Heggert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Ivarsson in the 90th minute of play. When Edwin Andreasson fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Norsholm IK's protests and gave Edwin Andreasson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st match minute, Norsholm IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edwin Andreasson to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute Algot Ivarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Heggert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edwin Heggert made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Vincent Back sent off a good shot on target. Jörn's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
