Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sorin Cozaru took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Högland FF's goal looked a bit too open when Charlie Fransson came free, but Jörgen Petersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjell-Arne Mårtensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Gustav Falkrans made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Lindqvist during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th match minute, Övertorneå FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Lindqvist to maneuver through the defense. The Högland FF fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Högland FF's Kjell-Arne Mårtensson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gustav Falkrans was a little too slow when Yngve Berg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 22nd minute, Simon Lindqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjell-Arne Mårtensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Falkrans having to interfere. If Yngve Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Högland FF's Kjell-Arne Mårtensson suffered a sore thigh after 28 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Eddie Albäck fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Övertorneå FK's protests and gave Eddie Albäck a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute there was a penalty for Högland FF. Daniel Brandt stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gustav Falkrans. 3-0. In the 34th minute, Charlie Fransson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörgen Petersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Jörgen Petersson came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Övertorneå FK's Vilgot Sjöman. But to his dismay, Vilgot Sjöman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Sven-Oskar Tunberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Gustav Falkrans skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Övertorneå FK's goalkeeper Gustav Falkrans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Högland FF's Yngve Berg got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Brian Bock was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 52 minutes into the match. Brian Bock hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Högland FF's Jörgen Petersson got control of the ball when Eddie Albäck tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute, Övertorneå FK's Erik Bengtsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. In the 62nd minute, Yngve Berg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Högland FF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Vilgot Sjöman scored to the left of an out of position Jörgen Petersson, making the score, 3-4. 68 minutes into the match, Övertorneå FK's goal looked a bit too open when Yngve Berg came free, but Gustav Falkrans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yngve Berg scored 4-4 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustav Falkrans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustav Falkrans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yngve Berg went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-4 was the resulting score. Sven-Oskar Tunberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 minutes of play, Högland FF's Sorin Cozaru made it 6-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustav Falkrans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gustav Falkrans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Tunberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 93 minutes, Patrik Allbom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Övertorneå FK and the Högland FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Högland FF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
