Mats Helberg hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The supporters of Österbymo IFK booed when Öjebyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Hallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Hugo Helander sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Öjebyn's Staffan Nordgren didn't even have to move.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henning Andreasson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Algot Tingberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Helberg in the 51st minute of play. Algot Tingberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Helberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
