Isak Abelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Billström in the 11th minute of play. VISA Mëtro₽œlitan's Isak Abelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Blomberg in the 12th minute of play. Michel Jakobsson charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michel Jakobsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, VISA Mëtro₽œlitan's Michel Jakobsson got a free kick in the 15th minute. Isak Abelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Billström in the 18th minute of play. If Kennet Adelsköld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Gusselby fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Gusselby's Kennet Adelsköld looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Per-Olof Hultin hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Sivert Ekeberg struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Isak Abelsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gusselby. Sivert Rosén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gusselby's Kennet Adelsköld in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VISA Mëtro₽œlitan's goalie prevented a goal. Kennet Adelsköld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Isak Abelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Gusselby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Granqvist to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kennet Adelsköld stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, VISA Mëtro₽œlitan's goalkeeper Isak Abelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sivert Rosén. In the 55th minute, Gusselby's Kennet Adelsköld ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isak Abelsson. Isak Abelsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gusselby's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Landin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Torbjörn Hylander made a precise shot to the right of Jan-Åke Landin. Gusselby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Gusselby's Jan-Åke Landin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giorgos Straggas in the 73rd minute of play. Isak Abelsson came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Gusselby's Fredrik Granqvist. But to his dismay, Fredrik Granqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Jan-Åke Landin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giorgos Straggas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gusselby's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Landin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Fredrik Granqvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Isak Abelsson, 2-4. A collision led to Gusselby getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Fredrik Granqvist hit a great ball. Gusselby's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
