When Mattias Andersson fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tian's protests and gave Mattias Andersson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tian getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Mattias Andersson hit a great ball. Lennart Vestberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 8 minutes, Jens Gunnarsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the IFK Norrköping and the Tian players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jens Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Per-Erik Hedlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15thth minute of the game Peter Lundhberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Norrköping's Joel Beckman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to IFK Norrköping getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Edmund Åhman hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Lundhberg in the 20th minute of play forced IFK Norrköping's goalkeeper Joel Beckman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Per-Erik Hedlund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tian fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marko Öberg's late challenge caught a Tian's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marko Öberg helped the player get up and apologised. Marko Öberg kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Joel Beckman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Erik Hedlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in IFK Norrköping's zone, Per-Erik Hedlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Beckman came out of the goal and Per-Erik Hedlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Tian's Peter Lundhberg in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IFK Norrköping's goalie prevented a goal. Per-Erik Hedlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Beckman having to interfere. Per-Erik Hedlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tian's Isak Ståhlberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Tian from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Per-Erik Hedlund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Peter Lundhbergs short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Joel Beckman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Peter Lundhberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tian's zone, Lennart Vestberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isak Ståhlberg came out of the goal and Lennart Vestberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 64 minutes into the game, Edward Åström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK Norrköping's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tian the free kick. Edward Åström hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Joel Beckman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Lundhberg went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Joel Beckman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Erik Hedlund in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, IFK Norrköping's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Erik Hedlund came free, but Joel Beckman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tian's Per-Erik Hedlund in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IFK Norrköping's goalie prevented a goal. Joel Beckman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Erik Hedlund in the 77th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Peter Lundhberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tian's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Lundhberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Beckman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Per-Erik Hedlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peter Lundhberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tian's Per-Erik Hedlund got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Per-Erik Hedlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Tian left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than IFK Norrköping.
