In the 35th minute, Mårten Majman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Egil Sundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Glanselius having to interfere. Sören Collin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Lindberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 48 minutes into the game, when Ronny Lööf put in a rough tackle. In the 47th minute, one of Rottneros RK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rottneros RK. Rottneros RK:s André Glanselius showed great skill when he stopped Egil Sundberg:s penalty.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sören Collin was the one to do the kick off. André Glanselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egil Sundberg in the 59th minute of the match. Sören Collin struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Tomas Lindberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rottneros RK. In the 89th minute, Sebastian Hääger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Rottneros RK getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Mårten Majman hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Sören Collin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Lindberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Alstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. André Glanselius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Egil Sundberg went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Rottneros RK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
