The supporters of Lekeryd BF booed when Malmö FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihnea Ciorogaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kjell-Arne Benett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute Alvar Lägdin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaimo Ojakallas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vidar Ekberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Guto Barros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kaimo Ojakallas. Malmö FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guto Barros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Kaimo Ojakallas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Giliusson in the 68th minute of play. Kaimo Ojakallas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vidar Ekberg went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Malmö FF's Mihnea Ciorogaru got a free kick in the 96th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Malmö FF's goal looked a bit too open when Alvar Lägdin came free, but Kaimo Ojakallas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvar Lägdin scored 9-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kaimo Ojakallas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lekeryd BF fully deserved thier win.
