Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Rune Lööf made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 played minutes Delta Iota Kappa got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Forsberg. 4 minutes into the match, Rune Lööf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Jonsson. Delta Iota Kappa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rune Lööf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ivar Forsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Emil Jonsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viggo Matsson's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Delta Iota Kappa's goal looked a bit too open when Sigvard Deckberg came free, but Emil Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pål Lidman got free with Sebastian Ferm in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute, Rune Lööf left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manchester City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 26th minute, Edward Hammarbäck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delta Iota Kappa's Emil Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigvard Deckberg in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Christian Wållander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Pål Lidman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emil Jonsson made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Sigvard Deckberg sent off a good shot on target. Emil Jonsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sigvard Deckberg in the 56th minute. Manchester City's Oscar Harman shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 62nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Emil Jonsson but with some difficulty. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Sigvard Deckberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester City's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigvard Deckberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Jonsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 70 played minutes Manchester City got a freekick which was hit by Roger Wiberg. In the 75th minute Rune Lööf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Pål Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 82nd minute of the match Pål Lidman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastian Ferm skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sammy Meulemans in the 89th minute of play forced Manchester City's goalkeeper Sebastian Ferm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Lång lost his temper 94 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Delta Iota Kappa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! Roger Wiberg shot the penalty kick right outside the post.
