In the 10th minute of the match Per-Arne Sandell sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens Bållström skillfully saved the ball. Roger Månsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute Ulrik Kilman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Lind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralf Dalgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bo Lind. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ralf Dalgren ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the game, The Angels IF's Ulrik Kilman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bo Lind made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ulrik Kilman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the game, The Angels IF's Ralf Dalgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bo Lind made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ralf Dalgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Lind having to interfere. Johannes Åhman hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Alafors BK's Bo Lind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Dalgren in the 36th minute of play. In the 41st minute Ulrik Kilman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Lind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Alafors BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Åhman to maneuver through the defense. The Alafors BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The Angels IF were winning 0-2.

Ulrik Kilman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bo Lind read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Alafors BK's Johannes Åhman got a free kick in the 56th minute. Alafors BK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ulrik Kilman 60 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Ralf Dalgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Bo Lind made a huge save. Ulrik Kilman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ralf Dalgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bo Lind having to make a save. Ulrik Kilman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alafors BK's Bo Lind proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Alafors BK from getting a goal against them. Roger Månsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ulrik Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Norberg hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Ulrik Kilman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Angels IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulrik Kilman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ralf Dalgren came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the The Angels IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralf Dalgren couldn't finish the play. Ulrik Kilman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Lind having to interfere. Ralf Dalgren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Bo Lind when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Alafors BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. The Angels IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
