In the 12th minute Victor Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Holmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rickard Holmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Nilsson in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Benjamin Biörkquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonard Drake kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Hans Nießen took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harry Nordlund. Harry Nordlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Rickard Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Drake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wictor Bolander in the 26th minute of play forced Åsele's goalkeeper Rickard Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jerry Beckeman fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åsele's protests and gave Jerry Beckeman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Åsele's Jerry Beckeman got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 33rd minute Wictor Bolander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Holmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henning Cane's late challenge caught a Eslöv's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henning Cane helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, Henning Cane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Victor Blom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Åsele's Hans Nießen in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eslöv's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Cane in the 54th minute of play forced Eslöv's goalkeeper Harry Nordlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Eslöv's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Ennegren came free, but Harry Nordlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Åsele's goal looked a bit too open when Kaj Jakobsson came free, but Rickard Holmberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Nießen in the 60th minute of play forced Eslöv's goalkeeper Harry Nordlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eslöv's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hans Nießen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Harry Nordlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Claes Hultstrand cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Harry Nordlund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rune Ennegren kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Åsele's Rickard Holmberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Åsele from getting a goal against them. Rickard Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Drake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Åsele's Lucas Santana got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Åsele's Rickard Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Drake in the 95th minute of play. Rickard Holmberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wictor Bolander went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The Eslöv players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Åsele from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
