Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Justo Eli started the match with the kick off. Selmo Salgado scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robin Stenström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Robin Stenström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selmo Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justo Eli in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robin Stenström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Selmo Salgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fredric Björklund was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. Manuel Jaen charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Jaen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Liverpool getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Manuel Jaen hit a great ball. Erling Bock's late challenge caught a Liverpool's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Selmo Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Stenström having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Selmo Salgado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liverpool's supporters crossed their fingers, but Selmo Salgado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lars-Erik Bogren charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lars-Erik Bogren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lars-Erik Bogren hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Justo Eli took the ball and in the 50 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robin Stenström. Robin Stenström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The Pop n Sour players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Liverpool were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Allan Kinell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Justo Eli came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Liverpool fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justo Eli couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, Justo Eli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robin Stenström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Selmo Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Selmo Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Robin Stenström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Liverpool's Justo Eli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robin Stenström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Allan Kinell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthias Granqvist having to interfere. Selmo Salgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Liverpool's Justo Eli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robin Stenström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Justo Eli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Selmo Salgado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Robin Stenström, 0-5. Liverpool's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
