Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zenon Zieba started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Dobromir Rode cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Carl Abrahamsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sverker Boman hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute of the match, Jack Lundström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carl Abrahamsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kjell Salqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kjell Salqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Kjell Salqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carl Abrahamsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Duset, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Slagnäs FF getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Svante Stensson hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimmy Hylander in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Johan Bocklund saved Slagnäs FF from getting behind. 28 minutes into the game, Dobromir Rode recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carl Abrahamsson. Dobromir Rode showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 34th minute Jimmy Hylander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Johan Bocklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carl Abrahamsson made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Jack Lundström sent off a good shot on target. Jimmy Hylander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Johan Bocklund having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimmy Hylander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sture Galle during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Braås's Carl Abrahamsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dobromir Rode in the 58th minute of play. After 61 minutes, Laureano Columbo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Braås and the Slagnäs FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Braås's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Braås defense, Zenon Zieba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carl Abrahamsson. The Braås fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carl Abrahamsson should have stopped the shot. Karl-Johan Bocklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmy Hylander in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Braås's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Stigsson came free, but Carl Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dobromir Rode in the 94th minute of play forced Braås's goalkeeper Carl Abrahamsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
