Jesper Sundén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fritz Lang in the 30th minute of play. Ruben Almfort made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kubrat Motekov in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Harald Kämpe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Strömsnäsbruk BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arlandastad the free kick. Strömsnäsbruk BF's Ruben Almfort played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kubrat Motekov in the 40th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kubrat Motekov was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Fritz Lang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesper Sundén was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Kubrat Motekov was extremely unlucky when he, in the 60th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jesper Sundén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calle Hansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Fritz Lang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jesper Sundén read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Calle Hansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jesper Sundén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesper Sundén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fritz Lang in the 66th minute of the match. Calle Hansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Sundén having to interfere. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Strömsnäsbruk BF.
