David Lindqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Bertil Pihl almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Bollklubb's Michael Holm did a great save. If Al Bundy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bertil Pihl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Michael Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michael Holm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Lindqvist in the 10th minute of the match. Al Bundy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the game, Antoni Plech cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Michael Holm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Antoni Plech's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michael Holm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Antoni Plech received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Michael Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, FC Bollklubb's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Plech came free, but Michael Holm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Bertil Pihl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bollklubb's zone, Al Bundy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Holm came out of the goal and Al Bundy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the FC Bollklubb defense, Antoni Plech kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michael Holm. The FC Bollklubb fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michael Holm should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Antoni Plech's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michael Holm was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. FC Bollklubb's Michael Holm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Duset in the 37th minute of play. After 37 played minutes FC Bollklubb got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Falk. Al Bundy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Michael Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michael Holm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Pihl in the 41st minute of play. Al Bundy struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Michael Holm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ljungaverk IK. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Antoni Plech put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Michael Holm. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Al Bundy made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bollklubb's zone, Al Bundy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Holm came out of the goal and Al Bundy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Al Bundy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ljungaverk IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Al Bundy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Holm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Antoni Plech's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michael Holm was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, FC Bollklubb's Isac Mårtensson got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Sören Åkerström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Al Bundy came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Michael Holm could save by the left post. Antoni Plech recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Al Bundy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Michael Holm made a huge save. If Mathias Brenner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Antoni Plech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 87 minutes, Bertil Pihl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ljungaverk IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Pihl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Antoni Plech's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michael Holm was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Antoni Plech recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
