Evelio Lauren's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Mats Jonsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vilhelm Säf hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. IFK StockHell's Magnus Jansson suffered a sore thigh after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Frans Norberg fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ligurian Lions FC's protests and gave Frans Norberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, Ligurian Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frans Norberg to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Frans Norberg notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of IFK StockHell's Mats Jonsson. Mats Jonsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cemalettin Sani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingemar Fredriksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Kiempe went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Cemalettin Sani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Mats Jonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Evelio Lauren notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of IFK StockHell's Mats Jonsson. Mats Jonsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ligurian Lions FC! Ingemar Fredriksson had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Jonas Ahlkvist's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 47th minute, Cemalettin Sani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cemalettin Sani to make the kick off. Frans Norberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mats Jonsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frans Norberg ran back to his position shaking his head. 54 minutes into the match, IFK StockHell's goal looked a bit too open when Cemalettin Sani came free, but Mats Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, IFK StockHell's Nils Brander got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute of the match Bartolo Ezkerra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mats Jonsson skillfully saved the ball. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind IFK StockHell's goalkeeper Mats Jonsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58thth minute of the game Cemalettin Sani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK StockHell's Mats Jonsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute, Cemalettin Sani made a precise shot to the right of Mats Jonsson. IFK StockHell's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Frans Norberg struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Mats Jonsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ligurian Lions FC. IFK StockHell's Mats Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frans Norberg in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind IFK StockHell's goalkeeper Mats Jonsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frans Norberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Mats Jonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartolo Ezkerra hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edvard Alströmer got free with Ingemar Fredriksson in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 minutes of play, Ligurian Lions FC's Cemalettin Sani made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mats Jonsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd match minute, IFK StockHell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Wallin to maneuver through the defense. Frans Norberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Mats Jonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cemalettin Sani came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Ligurian Lions FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cemalettin Sani couldn't finish the play. Ligurian Lions FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
