Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adam Torstensson took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Vidar Nyström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mellösa IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Adam Torstensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Inge Olsmann in the 17th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Mellösa IF's Michel Asserlind. Greger Enström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidar Nyström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Vidar Nyström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Greger Enström. The goal made the score 2-0. After some careless play in the Mellösa IF defense, Adam Torstensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niklas Björling. The Mellösa IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niklas Björling should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute Roger Söderquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Björling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The supporters of Gällnöby BK booed when Mellösa IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Vassenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inge Olsmann kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Gällnöby BK's Michael Jonasson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Michel Asserlind, made in the 61st minute of the game. In the 69th minute of the match Gällnöby BK got a corner. Mellösa IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marques Cerillo ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Robert Salkvist fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mellösa IF's protests and gave Robert Salkvist a yellow card for diving instead. 85 minutes into the game, Adam Torstensson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gällnöby BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mellösa IF the free kick. When Gabriel Uggstedt came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Mellösa IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Uggstedt couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Michael Jonasson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niklas Björling. Mellösa IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michael Jonasson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Niklas Björling made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Adam Torstensson sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gällnöby BK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
