The Yxhults IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Gunnar Aleberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute Elof Backlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Claude Van Damme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Lind couldn't finish the play. Sahara Cafe's Jean-Claude Van Damme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elof Backlund in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Yxhults IK's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Lind came free, but Lukas Heggert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Torsten Biörkman fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yxhults IK's protests and gave Torsten Biörkman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th minute Rolf Ivarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lukas Heggert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolf Ivarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
