Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carlos Alberto Leão got the match started through his kick off. The Malmberget fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Roy Vennerström sped through Malmberget's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonas Bergren. Jonas Bergren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sakarias Målare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Stockholm Snakes defense, Carlos Alberto Leão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andy Strandberg. The Stockholm Snakes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andy Strandberg should have stopped the shot. Malmberget's Jonas Bergren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Vennerström in the 34th minute of play. With a little luck, Malmberget's Jonas Bergren got control of the ball when Roy Vennerström tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roy Vennerström in the 39th minute of play forced Malmberget's goalkeeper Jonas Bergren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Alberto Leão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andy Strandberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Jonas Bergren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakarias Målare in the 43rd minute of play. Jonas Bergren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Oskar Malmström in the 44th minute of the match. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roy Vennerström to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roy Vennerström in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonas Bergren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 53 minutes, Ernst Asklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stockholm Snakes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernst Asklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonas Bergren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Vennerström in the 56th minute of play.
