Alf Söderquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kennet Berglund in the 11th minute. Bertil Johansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Söderquist having to interfere. AUDI R8's Alf Söderquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Johansson in the 18th minute of play. Erling Mattsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gabriel Nyberg. Hedared's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alf Söderquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bertil Johansson in the 26th minute. The Hedared fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Hedared's Bertil Johansson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Leif Näver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hedared's zone, Robert Nord stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Nyberg came out of the goal and Robert Nord tried to chip the ball over his head. In the 59th minute of the match, Alexander Lööf tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gabriel Nyberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 61 minutes into the match, Hedared's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Lööf came free, but Gabriel Nyberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robert Nord received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Gabriel Nyberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hedared booed when AUDI R8 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Nord didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nils-Åke Wassenius hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Alexander Lööf fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AUDI R8's protests and gave Alexander Lööf a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hedared booed when AUDI R8 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Lööf didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Bertil Johansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alf Söderquist was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. When Bertil Johansson came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Hedared fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertil Johansson couldn't finish the play. Alf Söderquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Lindgren in the 82nd minute of play. Bertil Johansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alf Söderquist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Alexander Lööf fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 88 minutes into the match, AUDI R8's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Johansson came free, but Alf Söderquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alf Söderquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Johansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the game, Svante Lindgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Alf Söderquist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the AUDI R8 defense, Bertil Johansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alf Söderquist. The AUDI R8 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alf Söderquist should have stopped the shot.
