With an all-out effort, Ödåkra IFK's Bernt Ekeberg threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Axel Arvidsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 6 minutes into the match, Ödåkra IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Nordin came free, but Malte Lang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ödåkra IFK's Harry Österlund got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Patrik Nordin made a precise shot to the right of Malte Lang. Ödåkra IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Bernt Ekeberg had great luck who in the 30thth minute grab hold of the ball when Axel Arvidsson from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 34th minute, Leonard Jönsätt fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Malte Lang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Nordin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernt Ekeberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Arvidsson in the 44th minute of play. Leonard Jönsätt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Bernt Ekeberg made a huge save.

Bengt-Rune Matsson struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Malte Lang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brunkers BK. 60 minutes into the match, Ödåkra IFK's goalkeeper Malte Lang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrik Nordin. Malte Lang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Matsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Leonard Jönsätt scored 2-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernt Ekeberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Harry Österlund took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernt Ekeberg. Bernt Ekeberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Bengt-Rune Matsson charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bengt-Rune Matsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd minute, Bengt-Rune Matsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt-Rune Matsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Lang having to interfere. Malte Lang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Rune Matsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leonard Jönsätt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
