Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jörgen Beneth kicked off to start the match. In the 9th minute, Östervåla IF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jan-Erik Nyberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 10th minute Patrik Elg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell Asserlind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aron Svensson got free with Per-Arne Termander in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Jan-Erik Nyberg notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Östervåla IF's Per-Arne Termander. Per-Arne Termander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18th minute, Patrik Elg made a precise shot to the right of Kjell Asserlind. Ljusdal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In a very dangerous position, a player in Östervåla IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! 24 minutes into the game, Jan-Erik Nyberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Per-Arne Termander. Jan-Erik Nyberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. In the 28th minute of the match Richard Westerstrand shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Per-Arne Termander showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Matthias Carlsson scored 3-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Per-Arne Termander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kjell Asserlind showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Elg in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Arne Olsson in the 38th minute of play forced Ljusdal's goalkeeper Kjell Asserlind to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Jens-Åke Westerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Östervåla IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens-Åke Westerberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kjell Asserlind breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, Patrik Elg notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Ljusdal's Kjell Asserlind. Kjell Asserlind was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Ljusdal booed when Östervåla IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Åke Westerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kjell Asserlind took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Elg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Patrik Elg made the kick off in the second half. Kjell Asserlind showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Arne Olsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute Patrik Elg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell Asserlind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Erik Nyberg hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Kjell Asserlind took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Lönn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Arne Olsson struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Kjell Asserlind didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östervåla IF. Östervåla IF's Per-Arne Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Nyberg in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Jörgen Beneth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Per-Arne Termander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jens-Åke Westerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Ljusdal's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Arne Olsson came free, but Kjell Asserlind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ljusdal's Kjell Asserlind proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Ljusdal from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the match, Ljusdal's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Arne Olsson came free, but Kjell Asserlind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ljusdal's Kjell Asserlind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Elg in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Per-Arne Olsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell Asserlind. Ljusdal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per-Arne Olsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-5. Kjell Asserlind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Elg in the 89th minute of play. Kjell Asserlind made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Jens-Åke Westerberg sent off a good shot on target. Per-Arne Termander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Beneth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Östervåla IF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ljusdal.
