Alf Tunström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Niklas Klementsson made a huge save. 33 minutes in the game, Bengt-Arne Wallman fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Niklas Klementsson having to interfere. Bengt-Arne Wallman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Niklas Klementsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alf Tunström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 39 minutes, Esbjörn Arvidsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Norsholm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esbjörn Arvidsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Bengt-Arne Wallman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niklas Klementsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Arne Wallman in the 44th minute of the match. Bengt-Arne Wallman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Niklas Klementsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Bengt-Arne Wallman slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 45th minute.

Alf Tunström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melker Sundström kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Niklas Klementsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Tunström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Norsholm booed when Silverdalen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolf Nyström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, Claes Beckeman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt-Arne Wallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alf Tunström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Norsholm players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Silverdalen.
