Esbjörn Lövskog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moliden's goalkeeper Bertil Strömberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th match minute, Moliden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Lindström to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olov Fransson was the one to do the kick off.
