In the 5th minute of the match Fikret Ulvi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens-Erik Sandström skillfully saved the ball. If Xurxo Marin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bernt Norberg's late challenge caught a RLP SB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernt Norberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hedemora FF getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Bernt Norberg hit a great ball. Jens-Erik Sandström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tage Browald in the 23rd minute of the match. Ernst Fredriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leszek Tepper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eric Sandström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hedemora FF's zone, Tage Browald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Erik Sandström came out of the goal and Tage Browald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ernst Fredriksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jon Bergman went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Hedemora FF's Jon Bergman got a free kick in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon Bergman in the 43rd minute of play forced RLP SB's goalkeeper Ernst Fredriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Otto Nyström charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Otto Nyström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The RLP SB players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hedemora FF were winning 0-1.

53 minutes into the match, RLP SB's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Bergman came free, but Ernst Fredriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jon Bergman in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ernst Fredriksson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alvar Stensson charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alvar Stensson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes RLP SB got a freekick which was hit by Alvar Stensson. Jens-Erik Sandström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Nyström in the 58th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, RLP SB's Jörgen Lövskog seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jörgen Lövskog the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of RLP SB protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jörgen Lövskog had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 66 played minutes RLP SB got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Lövskog. After 69 played minutes Hedemora FF got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Björk. Alvar Stensson kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 76th minute Harry Eliasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Fredriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Hedemora FF's Leszek Tepper ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ernst Fredriksson. Ernst Fredriksson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eric Sandström during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eric Sandström hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Tage Browald struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Jens-Erik Sandström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RLP SB. Jens-Erik Sandström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tage Browald, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Jon Bergman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Ernst Fredriksson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Harry Eliasson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Hedemora FF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
