Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jens-Ola Alberg started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Jens-Åke Igelström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ljungby Original Lions's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens-Åke Igelström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erik Koch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Smögen IF's Jens-Ola Alberg in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Erik Koch was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jens-Åke Igelström hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Jens-Ola Alberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bror Lindqvist got free with Gabriel Ahlfors in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the game, Jens-Åke Igelström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ljungby Original Lions's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Smögen IF the free kick. 40 minutes into the match, Ljungby Original Lions's goalkeeper Gabriel Ahlfors had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bror Lindqvist. If Bror Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Bror Lindqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Smögen IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Bror Lindqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Ahlfors breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Ljungby Original Lions's Gabriel Ahlfors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ola Alberg in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Smögen IF booed when Ljungby Original Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wictor Haglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Ola Alberg succeeded in the game's 66th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Ljungby Original Lions's Fredrik Giöck slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erik Koch. That made the score 2-2 after 70 minutes of play. Fredrik Giöck in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erik Koch, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jens-Ola Alberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Ahlfors having to interfere. In the 78thth minute of the game Jens-Ola Alberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ljungby Original Lions's Gabriel Ahlfors was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jens-Ola Alberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gabriel Ahlfors tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Bror Lindqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Smögen IF's Jens-Ola Alberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gabriel Ahlfors narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Ljungby Original Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ola Alberg came free, but Gabriel Ahlfors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Smögen IF were victorious despite being under pressure from Ljungby Original Lions for much of the match.
