Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jens-Åke Näfver made the kick off which started today's match. When Kenneth Walmarsson came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Anderstorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kenneth Walmarsson couldn't finish the play. Jens-Åke Näfver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Tönnberg having to interfere. When Andys IK's Pontus Gabrielsson in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Anderstorp's goalie prevented a goal. 14 minutes into the match, Anderstorp's goalkeeper Roger Viberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thomas Friberger. In the 17th match minute, Andys IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarl Ahlbom to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kenneth Walmarsson during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Kenneth Walmarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niklas Tönnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Åke Näfver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Pontus Gabrielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Viberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anderstorp's Sílvio Campidelis got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Andys IK's Allan Nord got a free kick in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Åke Näfver in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niklas Tönnberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Allan Nord kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Jens-Åke Näfver might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niklas Tönnberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jens-Åke Näfver ran back to his position shaking his head. Eugenio Del Nero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Niklas Tönnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pontus Gabrielsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andys IK's Thomas Friberger got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jens-Åke Näfver's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niklas Tönnberg was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Jens-Åke Näfver might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niklas Tönnberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jens-Åke Näfver ran back to his position shaking his head. After 64 minutes of play Andys IK's Jarl Ahlbom was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. If Jens-Åke Näfver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Andys IK's goalkeeper Niklas Tönnberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eugenio Del Nero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Niklas Tönnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Andys IK getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Oskar Kling hit a great ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Jörgen Bäck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anderstorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörgen Bäck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kenneth Walmarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jens-Åke Näfver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Tönnberg having to interfere.
