Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sonny Östlund made the kick off which started today's match. Jan-Ove Nilsson struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Ragnar Persson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Askersund. In the 8thth minute of the game Jörgen Östman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vålådalen's Ragnar Persson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvar Kilström took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stig Bergqvist. Stig Bergqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Askersund's Sonny Östlund in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vålådalen's goalie prevented a goal. Jörgen Östman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ragnar Persson having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sonny Östlund got free with Ragnar Persson in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jörgen Östman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sonny Östlunds short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Ragnar Persson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jörgen Östman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Vålådalen's goal looked a bit too open when Sonny Östlund came free, but Ragnar Persson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvar Kilström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Stig Bergqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Uno Strömberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Västerstrand's late challenge caught a Askersund's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Västerstrand helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, Vålådalen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Västerstrand to maneuver through the defense. During the 41st minute of the match Aaron Västerstrand completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aaron Västerstrand a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 42nd minute, Aaron Västerstrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Vålådalen's goal looked a bit too open when Sonny Östlund came free, but Ragnar Persson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Uno Strömberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonny Östlund in the 48th minute of play forced Vålådalen's goalkeeper Ragnar Persson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvar Kilström was the one to do the kick off. Stig Bergqvist made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Alvar Kilström sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arman Petersson in the 54th minute of play forced Vålådalen's goalkeeper Ragnar Persson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sonny Östlund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ragnar Persson having to make a save. Alvar Kilström hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Jan-Ove Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jörgen Östman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Uno Strömberg kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Jörgen Östman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uno Strömberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Arman Petersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Askersund's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arman Petersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arman Petersson in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ragnar Persson saved Vålådalen from getting behind. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Askersund lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
