Ekhaga United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 韩桦谦 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Ekhaga United's zone, 韩桦谦 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ted Berg came out of the goal and 韩桦谦 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 22 played minutes Ekhaga United got a freekick which was hit by Olov Frisck. Kaj Mellin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kauan Moura went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Ekhaga United's zone, 韩桦谦 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ted Berg came out of the goal and 韩桦谦 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Örjan Sörman hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute of the game, Kauan Moura landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Örjan Sörman fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liverpool for life's protests and gave Örjan Sörman a yellow card for diving instead. Örjan Sörman hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erland Mårtensson made a kick off. Erland Mårtensson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaj Mellin having to make a save. In the 59th minute Richard Sjögren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaj Mellin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. William Wallin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ted Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Viktor Grelsson fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ekhaga United's protests and gave Viktor Grelsson a yellow card for diving instead. 韩桦谦 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ted Berg having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Erland Mårtensson made a precise shot to the right of Kaj Mellin. Liverpool for life's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Kaj Mellin came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Ekhaga United's Richard Sjögren. But to his dismay, Richard Sjögren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 83rd minute, Erland Mårtensson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
