Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Slottsbron IK's Jan-Åke Juhlin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ingvar Jakobsson took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robert Karlstedt. Robert Karlstedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 13th minute Edward Stenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Westerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Stenberg in the 15th minute of play forced Slottsbron IK's goalkeeper Rasmus Westerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Slottsbron IK defense, Edward Stenberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rasmus Westerberg. The Slottsbron IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rasmus Westerberg should have stopped the shot. When Edward Stenberg fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hamburger SV's protests and gave Edward Stenberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd match minute, Hamburger SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Stenberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Carlsson in the 27th minute of play forced Hamburger SV's goalkeeper Robert Karlstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Karlstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anders Carlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Anders Carlsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Karlstedt. Hamburger SV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anders Carlsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Stig-Arne Nordstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Robert Karlstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Karlstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Arne Nordstedt in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Jan-Åke Juhlin notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Hamburger SV's Robert Karlstedt. Robert Karlstedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Slottsbron IK's Rasmus Westerberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Slottsbron IK from getting a goal against them. Oscar Forsberg made in the 46th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Hamburger SV's Jonas Holmberg. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Hamburger SV's Kennet Karlberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kennet Karlberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hamburger SV protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kennet Karlberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hamburger SV! Robert Karlstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Åke Juhlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Karlstedt made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Stig-Arne Nordstedt sent off a good shot on target. Robert Karlstedt was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Ingvar Jakobsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ingvar Jakobsson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Stenberg in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rasmus Westerberg saved Slottsbron IK from getting behind. Hamburger SV's Melker Vinström suffered a sore thigh after 77 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oscar Forsberg during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hamburger SV made a substitution. Claes Bröms replaced Melker Vinström. In the 79th minute, Oscar Forsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robert Karlstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Åke Juhlin in the 83rd minute of play. Ingvar Jakobsson hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Edward Stenberg took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rasmus Westerberg. Rasmus Westerberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Robert Karlstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Åke Juhlin in the 91st minute of the match. Robert Karlstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Jakobsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bo Strömberg's late challenge caught a Slottsbron IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bo Strömberg helped the player get up and apologised. Bo Strömberg kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Slottsbron IK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
