In the 12th minute Jan Örtlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maciej Cholewa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Örsundsbro's Magnus Westerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 16 minutes, Jan Örtlund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Örsundsbro and the Sandro Stars players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Jan Örtlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Magnus Westerberg's late challenge caught a Sandro Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magnus Westerberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, Magnus Westerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven Holmberg, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Magnus Westerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Magnus Westerberg scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maciej Cholewa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Magnus Westerberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maciej Cholewa having to make a save. 32 minutes into the match, Örsundsbro's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Bozdoğan came free, but Jonas Boman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Tom Alén took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Jonas Boman to make any attempt to save it. Ahmet Bozdoğan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Sandro Stars's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jens-Ola Stolpe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jonas Boman made a huge save. 42 minutes into the game, Ahmet Bozdoğan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonas Boman. Ahmet Bozdoğan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Örsundsbro's Jonas Boman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Alén in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The wind increased when Jan Örtlund made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Örsundsbro's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Bozdoğan came free, but Jonas Boman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Boman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Alén, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 60th match minute, Örsundsbro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Westerberg to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Bozdoğan in the 61st minute of play forced Örsundsbro's goalkeeper Jonas Boman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jens-Ola Stolpe came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Sandro Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Ola Stolpe couldn't finish the play. Maciej Cholewa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Örtlund's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Ahmet Bozdoğan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sandro Stars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Lars Brask's late challenge caught a Sandro Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lars Brask helped the player get up and apologised. Lars Brask hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. If Yngve Kinnman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Bozdoğan in the 81st minute of play forced Örsundsbro's goalkeeper Jonas Boman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Bozdoğan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Jonas Boman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Boman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Alén in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Tom Alén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Boman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tom Alén scored 4-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonas Boman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. During the 94th minute of the match Lars Brask completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lars Brask a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 96 minutes into the game, Sandro Stars's Ahmet Bozdoğan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonas Boman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sandro Stars had played much better football throughout.
