After the first half Maze BK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arvid Elg to strike the kick off in the second half. Kenneth Palmkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvid Elg, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristoffer Berggren in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philip Snäll prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kenneth Palmkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvid Elg in the 60th minute of the match. Tage Magnusson's late challenge caught a Maze BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tage Magnusson helped the player get up and apologised. After 61 played minutes Långasjö got a freekick which was hit by Tage Magnusson. In the 71st match minute, Långasjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otto Burman to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Långasjö's goal looked a bit too open when Arvid Elg came free, but Kenneth Palmkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kenneth Palmkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Elg in the 79th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Tage Magnusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
