When Franklin Ramos came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Ljugarn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franklin Ramos couldn't finish the play. In the 36th minute, Tomas Arenstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Georg Frykberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Arenstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Leonardo Rosén didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 46th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tomas Arenstedt made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franklin Ramos in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Rosén prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Georg Frykberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Arenstedt in the 60th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Greger Abrahamsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anthon Linquist was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The supporters of Bacon booed when Ljugarn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esbjörn Törnkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Franklin Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Rosén having to interfere. Ljugarn's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
