Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leonardo Odén started the match with the kick off. With 5 minutes on the clock, Johnny Arenstedt commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Rydboholm getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Johnny Arenstedt hit a great ball. If Leonardo Odén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torsten Berglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Tunberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th match minute, Rydboholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andréas Igelström to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Rydboholm's Niclas Haström got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Gärsnäs RK's Torbjörn Wahlström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Skröder in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Rydboholm's Philip Skröder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Torbjörn Wahlström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Torbjörn Wahlström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Odén in the 31st minute of the match. Torsten Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Arne Lindman in the 34th minute of play. Torbjörn Wahlström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Odén, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Alexander Tunberg charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When Leonardo Odén came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Rydboholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Odén couldn't finish the play. Inge Ahlbeck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torbjörn Wahlström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Torbjörn Wahlström made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Inge Ahlbeck sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aaron Jansson to make the kick off. When Philip Skröder came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Rydboholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Philip Skröder couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Gärsnäs RK's Alexander Tunberg got a free kick in the 59th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Odén in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torbjörn Wahlström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 68 played minutes Gärsnäs RK got a freekick which was hit by Åke Bergdal. In the 78th minute, Bengt-Åke Giliusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 minutes, Inge Ahlbeck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rydboholm and the Gärsnäs RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 80 played minutes Rydboholm got a freekick which was hit by Inge Ahlbeck. Per-Arne Lindman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Odén in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torbjörn Wahlström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 89 minutes into the match, Rydboholm's goalkeeper Torsten Berglund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per-Arne Lindman. Per-Arne Lindman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Torsten Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Leonardo Odén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Gärsnäs RK were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Rydboholm side.
