In the 5th minute, Jesper Strandberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Arne Hultstrand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vägen Ut FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salims Mammas the free kick. In the 8th match minute, Vägen Ut FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Hultstrand to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Vägen Ut FC's zone, Evert Vacker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernst Alberg came out of the goal and Evert Vacker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 11 minutes, Jesper Strandberg made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Vägen Ut FC's Ernst Alberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Olle Bergqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Salims Mammas's Evert Vacker got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Ernst Alberg made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Jesper Strandberg sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mattias Åkesson during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mattias Åkesson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Thomas Lundin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Hultstrand in the 34th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jesper Strandberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernst Alberg was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the game, Niclas Söderkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vägen Ut FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salims Mammas the free kick. 38 minutes into the game, one of Vägen Ut FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mattias Åkesson was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. With his leg Ernst Alberg managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Salims Mammas's Jesper Strandberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpected shot in the 48th minute by Olle Bergqvist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

The wind increased when Jesper Strandberg made the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Andreas Mårtensson in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Salims Mammas's Jesper Strandberg. In the 55th match minute, Salims Mammas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Bern to maneuver through the defense. Jesper Strandberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Evert Vacker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernst Alberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Ernst Alberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesper Strandberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Olle Bergqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernst Alberg having to interfere. Jesper Strandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ernst Alberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edvin Ahlfors charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edvin Ahlfors the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Vacker couldn't finish the play.
