The supporters of Ingmarsö BF booed when GÖTEBORG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fritz Åberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olov Hedling made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Fritz Åberg sent off a good shot on target. After 19 minutes of play, GÖTEBORG's Fritz Åberg made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olov Hedling was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Fritz Åberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GÖTEBORG's Roger Bergdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarl Rudqvist in the 35th minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fritz Åberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Olov Hedling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fritz Åberg's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Åberg in the 54th minute of play forced Ingmarsö BF's goalkeeper Olov Hedling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Bergdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarl Rudqvist in the 55th minute of the match. Göran Isaksson in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roger Bergdal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Ingmarsö BF getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Magnus Soned hit a great ball. 1-1 became the score in the 62nd minute when Göran Isaksson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Alf Bengtsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 67 minutes, Jarl Rudqvist made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. GÖTEBORG's Roger Bergdal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Ingmarsö BF booed when GÖTEBORG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Carlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute Fritz Åberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Hedling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Göran Isaksson notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of GÖTEBORG's Roger Bergdal. Roger Bergdal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 82 played minutes Ingmarsö BF got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Söderkvist. Folke Helberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 83rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. GÖTEBORG's Fritz Åberg got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ingmarsö BF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
