Högsbohöjd's Dan Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Ahlkvist in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Högsbohöjd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Jönsson to maneuver through the defense. Eric Ahlkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eric Ahlkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bernt Zander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Pihlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Ahlkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Olsson having to interfere. The supporters of Gullringen IF booed when Högsbohöjd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Jönsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Högsbohöjd's goal looked a bit too open when Stellan Josefsson came free, but Dan Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gullringen IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Eric Ahlkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dan Olsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Axel Grep charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Axel Grep the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Högsbohöjd getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Axel Grep hit a great ball. Stellan Josefsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dan Olsson. Högsbohöjd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gullringen IF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
