If Stig Nyström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 minutes of play, Segmon RK's Marcus Söderqwist made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ladislao Eder was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Holmberg in the 20th minute of play forced Segmon RK's goalkeeper Konrad Bern to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ladislao Eder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Söderqwist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filip Dahlgren during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After 62 minutes of play, Storfors's Patrik Holmberg made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Storfors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig Nyström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute Patrik Holmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konrad Bern saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislao Eder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Söderqwist in the 76th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Segmon RK's zone, Stig Nyström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konrad Bern came out of the goal and Stig Nyström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stig Nyström struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Konrad Bern didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Storfors. Stig Nyström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Konrad Bern tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ladislao Eder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Arvidsson in the 94th minute of the match. Storfors were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
