A very good chance. 8 minutes into the game, Åstol IF's Jens-Ola Sigfridsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rudolf Lund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Rudolf Lund came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Åstol IF's Brian Kaxe. But to his dismay, Brian Kaxe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Sonny Björkdal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kvissleby's supporters rose to their feet, but Sonny Björkdal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gert Anundsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marijo Kušar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Gert Anundsson made a huge save. If Robin Vestlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sonny Björkdal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gert Anundsson having to make a save. Åstol IF's Gert Anundsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Åstol IF from getting a goal against them. After having played for 45 minutes, Sonny Björkdal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kvissleby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sonny Björkdal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Kvissleby players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Åstol IF were winning 1-2.

Rudolf Lund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ola Sigfridsson in the 53rd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, Sonny Björkdal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kvissleby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Åstol IF the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Sonny Björkdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 55 minutes into the match, Åstol IF's Jens-Ola Sigfridsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rudolf Lund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Åstol IF's goal looked a bit too open when Marijo Kušar came free, but Gert Anundsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Åstol IF's Brian Kaxe got a free kick in the 58th minute. Marijo Kušar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gert Anundsson having to interfere. Brian Kaxe charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brian Kaxe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Åstol IF's Brian Kaxe got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Marijo Kušar struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Gert Anundsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kvissleby. Viktor Ström kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marijo Kušar in the 70th minute of play forced Åstol IF's goalkeeper Gert Anundsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Jens-Ola Sigfridsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åstol IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens-Ola Sigfridsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Marijo Kušar fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kvissleby's protests and gave Marijo Kušar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Åstol IF booed when Kvissleby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marijo Kušar didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eskil Söderqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudolf Lund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ola Sigfridsson in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marijo Kušar in the 81st minute of play forced Åstol IF's goalkeeper Gert Anundsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Åstol IF's zone, Marijo Kušar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gert Anundsson came out of the goal and Marijo Kušar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kvissleby's Sonny Björkdal got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marijo Kušar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gert Anundsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Edgar Wik fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åstol IF's protests and gave Edgar Wik a yellow card for diving instead. Edgar Wik hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Åstol IF were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Kvissleby's much stronger midfield.
