Samuel Pilblad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Billy Lindqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Bror Lundhberg's late challenge caught a Munkfors IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bror Lundhberg helped the player get up and apologised. John Adelsköld charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed John Adelsköld the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Munkfors IF booed when Firre BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Lindqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Åke Mellberg suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Per Wallander fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Munkfors IF's protests and gave Per Wallander a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Munkfors IF's Per Wallander got a free kick in the 18th minute. Fred Torstensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Hagberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johnny Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Pilblad, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Mark Hagberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Torstensson having to interfere. Johnny Åberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Pilblad in the 26th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Munkfors IF got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Pilblad. 31 minutes into the match, Firre BK's goal looked a bit too open when Zachariasz Dziechciowski came free, but Johnny Åberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Firre BK booed when Munkfors IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Örjan Jönsätt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 played minutes, Firre BK's Richard Hedvall shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fred Torstensson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Firre BK reached it. Mark Hagberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Fred Torstensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fred Torstensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Adelsköld in the 47th minute of play. John Adelsköld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mark Hagberg made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, 武棋鹰 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Munkfors IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but 武棋鹰 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. John Adelsköld hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Mark Hagberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Fred Torstensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Munkfors IF's Fred Torstensson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Munkfors IF from getting a goal against them. Samuel Pilblad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Johnny Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Sillén in the 64th minute of play forced Firre BK's goalkeeper Johnny Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachariasz Dziechciowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Johnny Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A hard shot 77 in the game by Richard Hedvall from a close distance when the talented Fred Torstensson managed to make a qualified save. Munkfors IF's players were relieved. Billy Lindqvist hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Conny Sillén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnny Åberg having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zachariasz Dziechciowski in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johnny Åberg saved Firre BK from getting behind. Johnny Åberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conny Sillén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johnny Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 98 minutes of play Firre BK's Bror Lundhberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 99 played minutes Firre BK got a freekick which was hit by Bror Lundhberg. There was no doubt that Munkfors IF were the better team. Munkfors IF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
