In the 19th match minute, Billingsfors RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Arne Samuelsson to maneuver through the defense. Patrik Bark stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Tham's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. When Mörsil FF's Christian Tham in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 47 played minutes Mörsil FF got a freekick which was hit by Kent Åström. Karl-Michael Fågel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Torbjörn Lägdin. Mörsil FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After the first half Mörsil FF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Frank Lindsten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Torbjörn Lägdin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alf Walroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the game, Per-Arne Samuelsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Billingsfors RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mörsil FF the free kick. In the 59th match minute, Billingsfors RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Arne Samuelsson to maneuver through the defense. If Pelle Bergstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kent Åström was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. Alf Walroth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Patrik Bark made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, Billingsfors RK's goalkeeper Patrik Bark had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alf Walroth. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonny Lövgren during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 81 minutes into the game, one of Mörsil FF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Torbjörn Lägdin had in the 84thth minute some difficulties stopping Karl-Michael Fågel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Karl-Michael Fågel scored 1-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torbjörn Lägdin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Alf Walroth got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 88 minutes of play, Mörsil FF's Rickard Fredriksson made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrik Bark was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alf Walroth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Bark having to interfere. Jörgen Bäckström hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute of the match Karl-Michael Fågel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Torbjörn Lägdin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
