But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Bennet couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Iggesund's Urban Vennerdal got a free kick in the 8th minute. Jonatan Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Bennet in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Iggesund's goalkeeper Patrick Blom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Patrick Blom managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Hästveda BF's Åke Utter fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Adam Bennet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iggesund's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Bennet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonatan Fransson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Åke Utter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonatan Fransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Bennet in the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Åke Utter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hästveda BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Åke Utter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Blom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Åke Utter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Bennet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Fransson having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Åke Utter to make the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Åke Utter couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Kent Henriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Blom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Utter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Iggesund players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
