When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Jörgen Granqvist put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rasmus Biörkman. Rasmus Biörkman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörgen Granqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Kaj Löfkvist came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Söderfors FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kaj Löfkvist couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Edward Svanström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jörgen Granqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rasmus Biörkman having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, 李瑜银 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Söderfors FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but 李瑜银 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With 43 minutes on the clock, John Åhman commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Söderfors FK! Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jörgen Granqvist to make the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Jörgen Granqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Söderfors FK's Rasmus Biörkman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Granqvist in the 82nd minute of play forced Söderfors FK's goalkeeper Rasmus Biörkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Svanström did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Rasmus Biörkman 95 minutes into the match.
