Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Kisa IF's Jan-Olof Lang started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elias Bengtsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Erik Bagge in the 5th minute of play. Rudolf Jönsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Engström having to interfere. Kisa IF's Elias Bengtsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Kisa IF from getting a goal against them. Krister Skarkman charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Krister Skarkman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 18 played minutes Kisa IF got a freekick which was hit by Krister Skarkman. Sivert Kellbom struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Elias Bengtsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal. Sivert Kellbom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Elias Bengtsson made a huge save. Henry Engström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Olof Lang's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jan-Olof Lang sped through Arsenal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Henry Engström. Rudolf Jönsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Henry Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Falk kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Elias Bengtsson came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Arsenal's Sivert Kellbom. But to his dismay, Sivert Kellbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Elias Bengtsson made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Sivert Kellbom sent off a good shot on target. When Jan-Olof Lang came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Kisa IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Olof Lang couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Per-Erik Bagge made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Arsenal booed when Kisa IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krister Skarkman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elias Bengtsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Erik Bagge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Olof Lang in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Henry Engström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jan-Olof Lang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Kasper Hansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kisa IF's Jan-Olof Lang was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 69th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Rudolf Jönsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Henry Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Erik Bagge in the 74th minute of play forced Kisa IF's goalkeeper Elias Bengtsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sivert Kellbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Elias Bengtsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Olof Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 80 minutes into the game, when Inge Danielsson put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Kisa IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Arsenal:s goal. The referee gave Arsenal a penalty, 82 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Svante Nyman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kisa IF's Elias Bengtsson. 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Kisa IF players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
