With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Björklund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Valdemar Stenman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. Adam Björklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Stenman in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Fabian Viberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Björklund. Yxlan FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabian Viberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Yxlan FF getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Anton Fernkvist hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Yxlan FF's zone, Valdemar Stenman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Björklund came out of the goal and Valdemar Stenman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Valdemar Stenman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Imbecillos's goalkeeper Torbjörn Arenberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jens-Ola Pedersson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Torbjörn Arenberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Jens-Ola Pedersson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 29th minute. In the 34th minute Valdemar Stenman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Björklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Yxlan FF's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Stenman came free, but Adam Björklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hubert Valström got free with Torbjörn Arenberg in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jens-Ola Pedersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Torbjörn Arenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Fabian Viberg came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Imbecillos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Viberg couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hubert Valström to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Imbecillos's goal looked a bit too open when Hubert Valström came free, but Torbjörn Arenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Sandwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Torbjörn Arenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Yxlan FF's goalkeeper Adam Björklund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Rune Stolpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Imbecillos's Fabian Viberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Yxlan FF. Valdemar Stenman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Adam Björklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torbjörn Arenberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hubert Valström went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Nils Sandwall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yxlan FF's Jens-Ola Pedersson got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Yxlan FF's Hubert Valström got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute, Valdemar Stenman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adam Björklund was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. A collision led to Imbecillos getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Fabian Viberg hit a great ball. The supporters of Imbecillos booed when Yxlan FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andréas Wennerlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Imbecillos's goalkeeper Torbjörn Arenberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yxlan FF's Adam Björklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Yxlan FF from getting a goal against them. In the 95th match minute, Imbecillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Friberger to maneuver through the defense. The Imbecillos players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Yxlan FF from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
