Mattias Fogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Kilberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Gudmundsson in the 16th minute of play forced Ammarnäs's goalkeeper Roland Smedfeldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Bagge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Gudmundsson in the 19th minute of play forced Ammarnäs's goalkeeper Roland Smedfeldt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gullspång FK's Joakim Gudmundsson managed to work through Ammarnäs's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Joakim Gudmundsson dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. If Christian Lingren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. After 36 minutes of play, Gullspång FK's Pär Fagrell made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roland Smedfeldt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rikard Deckbergh walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Roland Smedfeldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Bagge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Christian Lingren made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Christian Lingren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ammarnäs's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Lingren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harry Kilberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mattias Fogel took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harry Kilberg. Harry Kilberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Fogel in the 61st minute of play forced Gullspång FK's goalkeeper Harry Kilberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harry Kilberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Lingren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Tommy Lennartsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Lingren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
